Our stylists are all independent contractors and prices vary depending on each stylist. If you need an exact price, please contact us directly.

We do not employ a receptionist. If you are a new client, we ask you arrive 5 minutes before your service to allow time for parking and finding the space. Make yourself at home, and your stylist will check in with you when they are available.

If you are running late, we ask you please get in touch with your stylist directly. If you do not have their number, please call the salon. If you are running late and arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment, we may not be able to perform all services booked. If you arrive late and your stylist no longer has time to perform any services for you, you may be charged a same day cancellation fee. Please be sure to contact your stylist if you are running late to avoid this!

Clients who cancel within 24-48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of services booked. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged a fee of up to 100% of services booked.

Please be sure to check in with your stylist about their cancellation policy, as some stylist have individual policies.

 

At this time we are unable to accommodate for children under the age of 10. Any client over the age of 10 will be charged the same price as an adult.
